The registrar’s office replied to my quite reasonable request that my senior seminar be moved to a classroom with enough seats in it for everyone. Even me! An embarrassment of riches, no?

Because every Tudor historian needs a mascot or two! Picked these up at a toy store today while amusing the girls. They’re pretty small but very well made. Check out the other historical figures from Papo. I only wish they had some more famous individuals, I’d collect them all!
So far this morning I have reorganized youngest’s bookshelves and sorted out a small stack of books she’s too old to enjoy that can be donated to charity. I’ve also read an entire newsmagazine. I’ve even caught up on every blog and website I follow.
